They are scamming people for pets

Contacted Summer Pet Shop by email and phone regarding purchasing a tea cup Shih Tzu. They had pictures, names, ages of various puppies. After you pick a puppy and are approved, they send you an invoice for $500 with all these guarantees and request money be sent by Western Union. After completing payment, they request you email a picture of the transfer receipt. Once they have received the funds, they set up the supposed free shipping and delivery which is supposed to happen within 24-48 hours. On the day of, they contacted us stating we needed to pay an additional $950 for shipping insurance that was optional until 7 days ago, but is now required for puppies under 20 weeks. 98% which will be refunded when you receive the puppy. We offered to come pick up the puppy ourselves, but were never given an address, and the addresses they give in Pittsburgh and Houston are both malls. Excel Pet Shipping, 870-474-0288, doesn't answer. They're email is [email protected].

I wanted to buy a puppy through the above company's website. The owner emailed the cost would be $500. In late January I paid that through my Cabela's credit card and sent it via Western Union, as instructed, to Mark Cooper, 929 Freeport Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15240, which I later realized is the address of Aladdin's Eatery, and not that if a dog breeder. I was told the puppy would be delivered to my door. In the interim I was again contacted by the so-called breeder that another $900 was due if I wanted to buy insurance on the dog. I opted not to buy such insurance. The dog never arrived and there is no contact information for the so-called breeder.

After seeing website online I called number and requested to video chat or FaceTime inorder to see live puppy and how they looked. Was told unable to perform that tasks. I had my relative who lives in Houston Texas to followup on the address and confirm the business location. This business address is within a well developed large Galleria Shopping and eating Mall. All business also have a suite number attached to this address. So when my relative called the number on website and asked exactly where the shop was located, the middle eastern voice started to stutter saying, no no not there yet but will be breaking ground in 5 months to open. Also said we are in Pennsylvania now. The telephone number given also is not in Houston Texas rather the prefix is of Albequrque Texas. Thank Goodness I did not send any money but was so close to doing so. Very thankful I had my relative confirm my too good to be true thoughts for this WEBSITE IS TRULY A SCAM!!!!!!!

Summer puppy shop offers teacup Pomeranians for 500. That includes vet, training and flight. They want me to pay to western union. This doesn’t sound right. I did not pay, just reporting. I was very close to paying as I was excited about the puppy and the price.

Promised to sell me a puppy, even after I turned them in I receive an email from a delivery service called Excel Pet Shipping. This is another scam web site. I have several emails from them.
