My grandmother came across a Facebook ad promoting "Phil Mickelson CBD Gummies" and purchased them through the social media site. She was charged over $200 for the products. When they arrived, the name "Summer Valley" was attached to the label. Upon further research, I learned that the company Summer Valley has been using other celebrity names, such as Whoopi Goldberg, to sell their products via Facebook. We tried to call the phone number listed on Summer Valley's website (which was a dental care call center) and the number listed on Facebook (which was disconnected). We have attempted to reach out via the email on their website with little success in hopes of getting a refund.
