I am filing a complaint against Summer Real Estate with the Better Business Bureau due to an extremely negative experience. I paid a $50 application fee, a practice common among hundreds of other applicants. Despite my fiance and I having a combined income well over $130,000 per year, we were inexplicably denied for a $1450 unit without any explanation.
The outdated application process, lack of communication, and unprofessional conduct further exacerbate the issue. I implore the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter, considering the significant financial investment made by numerous applicants, including myself, and the discriminatory denial without clarification.
