Out of the blue they called about buying a TimeShare we have in Florida. It was an unsolicited call. They said they would send us an offer in the mail. They have fairly aggressive/persistant in contacting elderly couple. The email they sent didn't have the full address of the property, yet they had put a purchase price in the email. That seems kind of suspicious. The website doesn't look like a company that buys time shares specifically...pretty generic. I really couldn't find much information on the internet to see if this company was legitimate. The phone number had a couple flags on the internet that it's a scam. I had heard there are similar scams and think this might be a scam. I am hoping you can investigate to see if this is a scam for any other people that are looking for information about this company.

Here is part of the email:

Dear XXX

Thank you for taking the time to review our proposal.

Our company charges a 6% commission for our services, please keep in mind that such fee will not be deducted until closing.

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact me by phone or through email.
