Recieved a phone call this morning and stated that I was being contacted by phone after several mailings about a debt I owed on Cash Web Payday loan taken out in 2019 that defaulted after 3 pymts,I recieved no mailings or phone calls before this, I then questioned him asking where and to whom is this debt owed to and they replied Bank of America, I do not have a account with them now or ever!

They had my phone, address, and last 4 of my social and hung up on me, when I called them back they then explained that I would have to go to court if I didn't pay, This is very upsetting and am looking to see if anyone else has had this problem, and what to do next? thank you
