I have had the exact same thing happen. I'm out $41.42. I never received my order and then they kept saying they had reshaped and that package never showed up either. Now they have promised a refund for the last month. Of course, that hasn't came through either. Jerks.

I purchased 4 pairs of hey dudes, theybsaid they would ship in 5-7 business days, after a couple of weeks they updated the shipping to say from china, now 3 months after ordering. They said it was delivered, it was not, I have no package and have not seen a package delivered

My original order confirmation said my Heydude sandals were shipping from New York and take 5-7 business days, but when I got the shipping confirmation it said it was shipping from China. A month later i received an email stating my item was delivered. I never received my package.
