I lost $718.00 - 1-800795-6081

Please let me know how to report them. I bought a vacation package for $718.00 for Cancun trip and can't use at all. They are very horrible and nasty. Stay away from this company. Report them asap.

They seem legit but when you go to take your trip they will need more money and you won't get your trip and what was promised to you unless you pay them. I am going to try to contact the Mexican authorities and the Attorney General for the US to try to ban this company and all Mexican scammers from doing business in the US.

Very similar story. They contacted me over the phone and after going over all kind of questions I was pretty much convinced it was legitimate offer. I even checked their web site for scams. There was no comments from anyone about this "company" being involved in any kind of scamming. There was an issue with my credit card company approving their charge and it went through with $1318 charge after all. Soon enough I tried to make the reservation, but the people who were answering my calls were putting me on hold for a very long time (I guess through Jamaica connections) and after all referring to some kind of issue with my credit card, and requesting a letter from the credit card Co. to confirm the payment. That was weird. The credit card Co. refused to provide any letters and told me Sun Leisure have to call them, not me. I've lost count how many calls and hours I've wasted on contacting Sun leisure. After all the COVID arrived and it wasn't even in works to deal with the travel. At this point I'm sure it is a scam and have to figure the way to try to refund the money or just write it off as the loss and the proof of the phrase when something sounds to good to be true...

I was contacted on the phone regarding a 6day/5night all inclusive resort in Cancun Mexico. I agreed to the purchase and upon further study the I couldn't find any information online etc. My credit card was charged and in the paperwork that I received (after my card had been charged) it said I needed to sign all the documents and send a copy of my drivers license in order for a refund. I called the customer line and they would not provide a refund even though it was within the 14 day as stated in the terms because I would not send my license and signed documents etc. I ended up calling my credit card company and changed my card and filed a dispute for the charge.

They seem real. I've bought similar vacation packages from Hotel chains in the past (with great results) and this all was very much the same. The difference is they sent me documents to sign and send back the same day. They also wanted me to scan my id (Drivers License). The tipping point for me was their "Disclaimer" in one spot in red parenthesis said "not a scam". They go on to say you can cancel with reason and to go through them NOT your bank to cancel. I did web searched looking for reviews and found nothing with the name they are using (guessing they change it often) Sun Leisure International. The billing name is Holiday Billing.
