I purchased two products from this company on September 11, 2019. It said trial offer and the products were free but only pay $6.95 for each product. On November 14, 2019, my credit card was charged $99.95 to a company called: Super Rip Pro. I immediately called Capital One and disputed the charge. Had my card canceled. Today, I received a letter from Capital One that the charges were not fraud and I am to pay the $99.95. I have spoke to the third party company Super Rip Pro and they said they could not resolve the charge. I then called SunRaised Health at 925 385-6011 which is located in Lafayette, Ca. Their website: sunraisedhealth.com/offer/oa at the bottom of the page is listed "Terms" and if you order the products and not read the terms you will be billed $99.95 if the trial is not cancelled. I did ask the representative "Steve" if they honored the 100% satisfaction guarantee and he said, "NO". So, the company is trapping people to purchase their product for $6.95 S&H and then adding $99.95 in the end.

On facebook there was an ad using Willie Nelson's picture extolling his greatest CBD oil and offering a free sample just pay shipping and handling. I order the free sample of Willie Nelson CBD. I did not receive Willie Nelson I received Sun Raised CBD. The on Oct 27, 2019 I received an invoice and shipping notice by email from Sun Raised Health informing me they were shipping a new bottle of CBD oil @ 99.95 and charging my debit card. I replied immediately on the 27 to stop the shipment, I did not ordered and would refuse payment. In a reply email they said I would need to call customer service to clear my account. Which I did to be informed I had received a sample and had agreed by ordering that sample I signed up for a subscription and they would not return my punt and it had already shipped. I said I would return the shipment and she said if I did that I might get my money back. Once again I ordered Willie Nelson CBD oil.
