Purchased a shih tzu for 450.00 supposed to include shipping. But the next morning received email from shipping company requesting 660.00 refundable payment for crate to ship the dog in. Said they would refund 660.00 cash at the door when puppy was delivered. I offered to pick the dog up this weekend and the seller told me that her vet said the dog could not go on long road trip.I asked to be able to pick the dog up or give me my money back and she said she used it to pay for shipping. This lady is a cheat, scam artists and prays on the emotions and feelings of others with no remorse. Please help pass this on so she cannot do this to anyone else again.
