A false phone number was provided under the seller information on PayPal. When i called, they said they would resolve my situation by sending me a gift card. I had wanted a refund, so this seemed okay. But they wanted my credit card information to charge me $2.89 for "shipping". I provided more detail in a report to ScamPulse.com about the company itself.
