The quality of the dress is poor and does not fit. Several attempts have been made to request a refund but NO response. Returns: Copied and pasted directly from website (see below) Suncoy.com, we stand behind our products and offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange policy. Please review the following terms and conditions:  Customers can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

To process a return, customers need to ship the item to our designated warehouse.

Refunds will be processed within 2 days of receiving the returned item.

The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method, with the exact timing dependent on individual bank policies.
