I visited a website called Sundaymu. It is a site that sells clothes, shoes, jewelry and garden art. It offered a piece of art that was a hand crafted copper dragon sun spinner. It had dimensions of two feet long, with a video that showed it spinning. It was 3 dimensional with each of the wings curling outward on each side of the body so when it spun it looked like it was swirling. Very cool. I paid for express shipping which was for it to be delivered in 15 days. When the product did not arrive, I emailed them and they wrote back letting me know that it was shipped THAT day. Another couple of weeks go by and the package arrived. They sent me a small flat piece of this aluminum with a blurry image of the dragon printed on it. I Have reached out repeatedly to them and they keep apologizing for the crappy product and the inconvenience they have caused me and offered me a 10% refund. They asked me to send photos for them to compare and replied with:

"Hello,Thanks for your email and purchase in our store.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you this purchase. Check on your photos, there are a little difference about it. Deducting purchases, commodity costs, promotion costs, and store maintenance costs, our profits are very low.

Because the price of this product is low, and our profits are meager. So it's hard to be perfect. So we suggest refunding you the 10% of the value you paid as compensation. Do you think this is acceptable?"

Other responses were:

"Hello,Thanks for your email and purchase in our store.

If a full refund, we have to feedback this item to the manufacturer too. We support returning but it would be laborious and a waste of expenditure for you, you need to return to China and pay the freight, the cost is not worthy. Are you willing to pay the the freight?

So we recommand that you could accept the refund at 20% of the amount. This is the most we can apply for you. Could you accept it?"

"Hello, We are so sorry for the inconvenience we made.

Since we sent the product to you, we also paid for the freight, Half of the amount is used for market promotion. Our profit is very small. You could keep the product without sending it back to us.The compensation for us is a loss, which is really the highest compensation we can offer. Hope you can understand. Could you accept it?"

Long story... they respond quickly, but no resolution. I have contacted my credit card company and said I have to give them 2 weeks to respond. I am just collecting their responses and will hand that all over to the fraud dept at my credit card company. BEWARE!!
