Black Friday Kayak special advertised, so we purchased 3 on the web site. We received no confirmation of orders and became suspicious of the site and decided to cancel the 3 orders within a couple of hours. No confirmation of cancellation either. Tried to call company to confirm cancellation, but phone is constant busy signal. Charges showed up as Paypal for 3 transactions on credit card. Paypal was not involved in our transactions. We received details about our shipment 6 days later with Transaction ID's and Tracking #'s. Seller is some Chinese symbols. Proof of delivery indicates each package weighed less than 2 lbs. These are 48 lb. kayaks. UPS tracking shows the packages were delivered to 3 different unknown persons/addresses in our home town. (They are stealing/using previously assigned UPS tracking numbers for packages sent to these unknown person/addresses.) No kayak has ever been shipped. Tried to dispute with Credit Card company and they need proof of cancellation, which was never provided by bogus company. Explained that we have tried to call and email but phone # not working and emails to them are returned as undeliverable. Credit card company closes case due to time limit restrictions. Tried to file a claim with UPS who verified that the tracking numbers issued were shipped to the Unknown persons/addresses but were not issued for packages from Sundolphin store. Both Credit Card and UPS suggest contacting the seller to settle claim, but that is impossible, they are scammers. If you Google search Sundolphin Scams you will find numerous entries regarding SundolphinShop.com (previously used name) and SundolphinStore.com and a large number of people who have been taken by this person/company. The website is still up and offering the Black Friday Special. See attachment.

I purchased a product from this online store listed, and prior to exiting the website, I looked at my order to find a delivery estimate. There were three orders pending although I ordered only once. One payment did go through to Paypal and I wanted to alert the store that there should only be one order. The phone number that I called, cancelled each time. I found out that this website (sundolphinstore.com) has scammed many people, it is a copycat/fraud of the actual store (**************). There are many posts online with reviews written by multiple people who were also scammed. This fraud company supposedly provided tracking numbers to the credit card/bank providers but the tracking shows delivery without an actual address, and those customers said that they never received a package. These tracking numbers also state package weights of 2 pounds and 4 pounds. The product is large and heavy, at least 50 pounds. We all purchased kayaks. UPS was notified by these customers and UPS was unable to explain where the packages were actually delivered and why the tracking has no physical address. When I read these reviews, I wanted to cancel my order when I realized I was cheated also. But there is no way to contact them other than the email, which I did write to a few times, with no reply. The fake store never did send me a receipt, nor any correspondence, and obviously no tracking or shipping information. Paypal will not do anything to help any of the people who lost money to this fraudulent website store, although they claim to have customer protection. This website store needs investigated and shut down quickly before many others are cheated. I think it may be in China because the screenshot I made of the order details shows a date of 11/18/20 although the pending Paypal payment on the same screen shows 11/17/20.
