I ordered a dress for $86. Shipping was free on the recipt. When the dress never arrived, I contacted the company via email. They responded and told me that USPS w[censored]ding the package unless I paid $12 for the shipping for them to release the item and deliver it immediately. When I emailed them back letting them know that this was wrong and inapprorpiate. They offered me two choices- 1. a store credit 2. they would resend the dress (apparently with no needed shipping fee like was originally promised). I found these solutions to be unethical and non customer supported. No refund option was offered. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company. In the end I never received the item, and I never agreed to pay the additional amount they were requesting, so I did not lose money- just time and aggrevation...and never got the dress in time for the intended event.
