Bought two ready to ship cups from the business. She said she would ship them out on Monday or Tuesday. Messaged her a week later asking for shipping. She said she would send it when she gets home. Then she never messaged back. Sent multiple messages and she never replied. Filed a claim with PayPal to get my money back.
