Below is the email exchange I had regarding the order. I have labeled my name as "me".

We just think that if you can keep the items, it would be the easiest way.
If you want a full refund, we will refund you after we get the return package, please do not worry.
But if return, you also need to pay high shipping, and it will take us a long time.
And we can't refund you the shipping fee.
Could you please consider keeping them or return us back?
If you insist on returning, we suggest you should ask your local post office for the return shipping costs in advance.

Email me a prepaid return slip & I expect a full refund of my money for the order. You don’t get to send a customer whatever you feel like then offer a $2 refund.

I placed this order back in November for Isola sunglasses (screenshot of my order attached). Instead I received blue mirrored glasses with a brown frame (picture attached). Either refund my money asap or send me the sunglasses I paid for 2 months ago.
