Was looking to purchase eyeglasses online and found this site. Put together the eyeglasses I wanted with my prescription and paid with my credit card. Have been trying over a week to get someone to tell me when my order would be shipped since my credit card cleared in two days. I have sent numerous emails and messages and calls with no response to any. Now I’m trying to get a refund of my purchase amount
