This website is advertising solar power inverters with a 10 percent discount. Their sales team promised in writing that once a purchase was made they would refund the 10 percent. Once I made the purchase the sales rep then changed the terms and said they could not give the 10 percent refund/discount. They are falsely advertising this product and performing a bait and switch on their customers once they have transferred the funds. They then make repeated excuses as to why they wont provide the discount that was advertised.
