They are sending a product that is not what they are advertising on their site. They also post 4.8 stars on TrustPilot, but if you actually go to TrustPilot it's actually 2 stars. I tried working with their customer service and it was horrible. They say free returns but in actuality they make you pay to ship the products to China when they are sent from CA. I'm hoping to help stop others from also getting scammed by this company.
