I purchsed a adult scooter for disabled for $99.99 paid in full . On Dec 04/2019 to this date havent recived anything not even a reply email . They are based in China not US .I tracked pkge in US customs on Dec 8,19 nothing after wards My bank cant gt money back No company Address . cancelled debit card scared id get ripped off .

I purchesd a Scooter On 12/4/2019 for my disabled husband on 12/08/19 He passed away. The amount of $99.00 Paid in full .On 12/23/19 .I tracked said item in US Customs .Unbenonced to me it was coming from China .Theyre website n Company is based in Montana USA. I've emailed company every month since No replys nothing .Emailed BBB in Montana n Nothing . Ive read reviews Thousands of people have been scammed by this comp . I have my debit card n Bank stament .I canceld card I was afraid id gt cleaned out by said company .I emailed again on 08/23/20 still nothing .

Basically you pay for a product and they never send it. I paid $100 for a mobile scooter and they sent a pair of sunglasses. I never ordered any sunglasses. They of course then ignore your emails and there is no phone number. I saw the advertisement on the top buzz website.
