I applied to this company via Indeed for a remote data entry position and they emailed me back saying thank you for the application on 3/20/23. I then received an email later in the morning asking if I wanted to interview now via the Signal app with Karen G******. She discussed the company info, the tasks that were expected, benefits, and the equipment that will be needed. She stated that a check will be mailed to me to purchase the equipment, she asked what bank I used and my address to mail the check, stated PO Box was not valid and needed a home address. I proceeded to give the info because the website looked legit. But then did so research and I could not find anything on the ScamPulse.com about the company and found that a lot of employment scam interview happens through the Signal app.
