The Sunny-Kate / lotusnice.com advertises in bold letters that it is a USA Owned and Operated and facilitates shipping from NY and LA. In fact, they are located in China and that is where their products ship from.I ordered a Steel Tongue Drum on 09/22/2020 from the Sunny-Kate/ lotusnice.com website and paid through ******. On 10/09/2020 my package arrived NOT from the USA as advertised, but from China. I was supposed to receive a black, steel drum measuring 40cm x 40cm x 18cm, wrapped in hand-woven rattan as pictured and including all accessories listed. Instead, I received a tiny drum that measured 15.24 cm x 15.24 cm x 10.16 cm, NOT wrapped in hand-woven rattan, and missing accessories. I opened a dispute with PayPal, but because I would not pay the return shipping of $58.65 to send back this un-ordered item, ****** would not return my money and denied my claim.
