I saw the posting on instagram, they had legit looking testimonials, website, pictures etc. I placed my order and kept EVERY message that was exchanged. I sent payment through Zelle (now that account is no longer active). I was provided with a tracking number that never updated, it still says "label created, post office awaiting package" 2 months later. When I reached out about my order, I was given the run around, and then eventually I didn't receive a response at all. I went through my bank to try and recoup my money, but was unsucessful as the zelle account was disabled. Now I am out $500 with no way to get it back or get the product advertised. I am furious and irate.
