Purchased 4 topiary balls via Sunnyyhoo Facebook ad. When package did not arrive after a month, I followed up and received Tracking# which initially showed package setting in Seattle and not moving. When I followed up, I was told my items would be shipped in 2 boxes. No explanation given about the first Tracking# I was given (1box). Believe it was fake - no shipment had occurred or would have occurred if I had not inquired about order. When 2 boxes finally received (2+ months after order), one box contained 2 topiary balls. The other box contained 1 topiary ball. I've since exchanged 12 emails with Sunnyyhoo. The refuse to correct the error. Initially they said they shipped the right number of items (which is not true). Now, they are saying since they sent the right product they wont correct the wrong number of items. It is the right product, it is the wrong number of products. They will not send the 4th topiary ball or issue a refund for it. Believe they would not have sent order at all, had I not started inquiries. Now, they are clearly not going to correct their error in number of products shipped. I've attempted to attach emails. There has been a lot of email but no progress.
