We placed an order online. Received confirmation and tracking site. The tracking site has not updated for over a week. (all-in-one package tracking.) Still says it is in preparing for shipment. Further investigation on review sites names this company's main complaint is that the products are never received and that it is a young (less than 6 months) company.
