This company has been calling my Mom’s cell number daily for 4 weeks. My Mom is in Assisted Living due to memory loss & other complications. They call from several numbers with the same message...that it is a private financial issue and they need to receive their funds. I have called several times asking that they no longer call my Mom’s number. They stated - finally! - that they would take the number out of the system. Very pushy and leave “urgent” messages on the phone that aggravate my Mom. I have also blocked all calls which come from any of the groups phone numbers that I have on record.

I had $4,000.00 that I gave Shawn Marks for a $50,000.00 personal loan. He said that it was because my credit score went lower, insurance and taxes.Of course, I never got the loan but he got my money.

Make a complaint with the Attorney General for your state, The Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, your local District Attorney's office, Ripoff.com Yelp.com, Google Reviews ,FBI Financial Crimes division, SEC and any entity that you can think of. thanks for this Information because I was considering doing business with this company.

I lost $450 to a loan advisor named Shawn he said u was approved for a personal loan and had to pay $459 deposit for a $5,000 loan he even send me over a very detailed contract which seemed very legit because I Re read it over and over to make sure but I have to money Fran the $459 because it was considered after hours ...I shoukd I’d know then! But I believed him then after he said I woukd have to pay another $450 because I had applied other places and unfortunately it dropped my score down a whole lot and the only way I could get my $450 back was to wait til the ending of the month but that passed 2 month ago! Please watch out! Never money gram money to anyone you don’t know! It will always be a scam! I’m struggling because of this COVID 19 virus and luckily I’m in unemployment but it’s still not enough and losing that $450 really hurt me and we’re still struggling can barely eat some days! So be careful and I wish I could get that $450 back! You don’t know how much it would help right now. Always trust your gut there’s a lot of scammers out there just waiting for a opportunity to strike! Be safe be careful and be smart about everything. From Hawaii...ALOHA!??
