They attempted to connect with me on linkedin and emailed me the same message at the same time.

The email asked me to confirm a payrate for a contact that I had never heard of before.

I got another email saying "thank you for your confirmation" that showed a document with my name signed on to it (I never signed it) the ip address the document referenced with the signature was: 106.196.16.107
