In May of 2020, Bruce Wayne, representing Sunrooms and Patiorooms of San Diego, arrived at our home after a phone appointment was confirmed. visited our home and provided us with an estimate. After discussion, we called Mr. Wayne the following day and agreed to the quoted price. Per his request, we sent an email to Mr. Wayne, agreeing to quoted price and detail. He arrived at our home that evening and retrieved a deposit check on 5/11/2020, #5021 in the amount of $2,625.00 which was subsequently cashed on 5/12/2020. At the time of "sale", we were told we would be in our new room by July 4. Several weeks later, after not hearing anything, Mr. Wayne was contacted and told we want to cancel our order and wanted a refund due to the fact that we hadn't heard anything from anyone in regards to our room addition. Mr. Wayne contacted us and asked us to remain patient. He understood our concern and frustration however COVID was slowing down production at the warehouses in Texas. We agreed to continue with the project with the knowledge that we would be keep in the loop as to the progress of our room. In anticipation of this, we had the concrete installed on 6/24/2020 by JR Sanchez, Screen Machine contractors (recommended by Mr. Wayne) and paid for that work on 6/25/2020 in the amount of $3,500.00. We subsequently reached out to to Mr. Sanchez b/c the drawing he had originally submitted to us, and we approved did not line up with the concrete landing that was laid. As a result, Mr. Sanchez provided us with an updated drawing which we sent the approval back on June 29, 2020. Since that time, we have been looking at a slab of concrete in my yard. There has been ZERO updates or news regarding our room. I reached out to both Mr. Sanchez and Mr. Wayne on Friday March 5, 2021 asking for an update. I think we have been more than patient at this point. Mr. Wayne responded via text message asking me to provide my name so he could "check for you". I did so and at his subsequent request, forwarded the approval email to him dated June 29, 2020. I texted him again on Tuesday March 9, 2021 asking for an update and also called his phone which went directly to voicemail. To date, we have had no communication from anyone at this company. We have done all that was asked of us, paid monies when told to do so and have received nothing in return.

We were so excited to have our room addition but now this had become a point of contention. San Diego Sunrooms and Patio Covers has not lived up to its part of the deal, has taken our money and has been non-communicative.
