Salesman talked me into a multi year contract and promised it would provide “more than enough” of the power I need so that I would not need to pay large Edison bills others than small amounts (under$10 for taxes) this was due to the fact that he sold me a battery with my system. I looked him in the eyes and said you promise? And said mam, I swear, in fact I’m goin t to give you my personal cell phone number. If you ever have any problems you give me a call.

Within 6 months I received a bill from the Edison company for $600, I called Edison, they said to expect that to double within the end of another 6 months. So I got on the phone right away with the salesman. Which began a series of calls for months with no call backs. He always had an excuse, like he was trying to get through to his manager and she was really busy and he’d keep trying… anyway. Finally he said I just had to call customer service. I was so disgusted but I tried. By this time I was at a year. And my bill for Edison was indeed over $1200. So I called and called with no help at all. Finally I decided to try and report to BBB, only then did I get a customer escalation expert get back to me. At that point I was so fed up I just wanted them to remove the whole system from my house. And get my money back. They refused. Then they offered to pay the Edison bill. I said ok that’s fine but what about going forward? If the system is not doing what you promised either want it upgraded at your expense or removed. They said they cannot do that.

Then they finally offered a reduced rate but only if I signed a contract which released them from any legal liability.

I don’t feel comfortable signing any contracts with them ever again

Post card received in the mail. It doesn’t say what the product is, just that I am preapproved. In large print it states if you want to be removed from further offers call this number. When you call, they want your SSN to remove you. Scam.
