Frank Maitre advertised on Craigslist a beach house rental in Ocean City Maryland. Provided house photographs, booking forms and used a Bank of America account to transfer deposit for rental into. The Bank of America account was under the name Nilsa .I. Santiago. He set via email, booking forms, check in dates, confirmation of check in times and monies received. He did not show up the day of check in and the community where the beach house is located was gated and had no record of the rental transaction under Frank Maitre or Sunset Islands House Rental. My family and friends were stranded with no rental house and lost a total of $2,200.
