I purchased a product that looked legit and the site stated it was made in the USA. The product looks NOTHING like the photos on the site and when I emailed the company asking how to make a return, I only received shady emails offering partial payment back. Upon further research, it looks as though the company is located in Japan. The email responded are in broken English.

Item was listed with dimensions of 13*8*37 inches but the item is actually 13*8*37 cm. This false advertising led to the organization to be able to significantly overcharge for the item. It can he found on Amazon for $16 with the smaller dimensions. In addition the website steals photos and reviews from theguildedthistle which has the appropriately sized item but for a much higher (and likely more appropriate) price point. When the order was initially placed they also charged us 3 times and eventually two of those were refunded. This business can not be trusted and is heavily targeting people on social media.
