Sent a deposit to hold a puppy. Was told if I change my mind I would be refunded immediately. Instead I was laughed at and told good luck in getting my money back.

Puppy sales. Had a wonderful story about previous buyers being so happy with their puppies. I couldn’t get pup that day so she demanded more money to feed them up until they could be shipped. I paid for shipping and all ready gave her an extra $100. She then tells me that was for transfer of ownership. I was told if I changed my mind, I would be refunded immediately. I did change my mind, and she refused to refund my money.
