The scammer takes pictures and addresses of home across the country and puts advertisement on Craigslist to rent out the home, he then sends over a lease agreement to sign, followed by instructions of how to pay him on PayPal. I looked up his phone number and he’s done it to multiple people, even to the point where the buyer knocks on the door for the keys to the rental and the owner has no idea what’s going on.
