I purchased what I thought was a battery pack off of a Facebook ad that seemed legit. The description for the product was for $9.99 however I was charged $99.99 and then additional attempted charges of $149.85 attempted to go through which my bank flagged as fraudulent. I've been disputing this with my Apple card bank, Goldman Sachs, but the dispute was denied. I've reopened the case and taking it up the chain. The issue is they want documentation but the company never sent an email that the product was ordered. Since it's a scam, I have no other dosumentation to provide as nothing was sent to me. Avoid this company like the plague!
