Ordered a pair of dinosaur shaped sandals in November of 2024 and had to check up on the order multiple times over 2 months until I finally got a pair of shoes looking totally different and different sized from what was ordered and the company told me I would have to pay for shipping to send them back to a specific warehouse in China or they would give me $4 US dollars. On their website it states a 100% money back guarantee. I had emailed the pictures of the actual shoes that finally came 2 months later so they could see the difference in what was advertised. I have saved all email correspondence if needed.

Ordered item from website November 12. They would send me status updates and now it is stuck in New Jersey with no further updates after E-mailing them too.
