I placed an order with sunslingers on October 28th and paid with my credit card and received a confirmation email about my order that included a tracking number and order number. I received tracking information until November 24th and have not received any further tracking information after that date. I have sent emails to the support department for assistance with updating my tracking information and find out when I will receive my order but the response I received stated that they can't control the shipping process and they would reach out to the shipping company and have them update my tracking information but there have been no updates on the tracking of my order and no response back by email. It has been almost 2 months since I placed my order
