Being new to this toll tag, once my husband received the text , he forwarded it to me. We worried that we owed money, so I provided personal details. To avoid a fine, unfortunately I clicked this link (https://sunspasstoll.com/). I typed in my home address along with my credit card information. The next business day, I called the toll tag office and I was told that it was a scam.

Being that I provided so many details, I’m worried. Is there anything that can be done?

Request for money or a late fee of $50 would be added to the original $11.69 charge. I've not traveled out of my Parish to assess a toll charge. Only own my present auto, have owned this car for six years. Thank you.

I received a text saying I owed for the toll. We recently travelled so I thought maybe we drove through a toll and didn’t realize it. I paid and put my driver’s license number in. I quickly realized after that that it wasn’t a real website when it redirected me to the real site and I couldn’t pull the other one up again. I cancelled my card immediately, but they do have my license number now.

Got a text seeking $11.69 to be paid for toll services. Text stated if $11.69 was not paid a $50.00 late fee would be charged.
