Received this text to get me to pay fees of $11.69 to avoid a late fee of $50.00 supposedly. I kept a screenshot and deleted it immediately after researching the area code was from Canada and seeing that too many 's's were used in the email address. Also, I have not traveled anywhere there are tolls in Missouri.
