The company was called to replace the glass for a car. Information about the car and car owner was exchanged. The company representative then stated that it would cost $900 to have the windshield replaced. I explained that I was using my insurance (in Florida windshield replacement is free with insurance). They stated that you are to pay and then the insurance would reimburse you. They started to lecture about why that is the case. I asked them outright if they are able to do the work. They said no, at that point I hung up the phone. They then texted me the following information where they threatened me with preventing other businesses from working with me— “I was going to have you done today but since you rudely hung the phone up. I instructed everyone here and the local shops not to do anything for you. Have a blessed day “
