I seemed strange that the 800 number for a Financial Institution to report fraud would attempt to provide unsolicited products or services to consumers complaining.

(1) Log On attempts with invalid information such as your E-mail Address and mother
maiden name.
(2) Inadequate update on your SunTrust Bank Online Account.
Please verify your immediately, sign on to Online Banking at www.suntrust.com .
