Purchased a pair of shoes, received an invoice for $98.90 from PayPal but never from the merchant. Never received any communication from merchant. The same credit card used was then charged an additional $700 the following week. With three additional charges there has been a total of four fraudulent charges on my credit card from this merchant with no communication and no product.
