I was using a grocery store app and a pop-up advertising $25 savings came to my screen and I clicked it. But I quickly saw that they wanted me to pay something so I X’d it out. I did not give them my credit card information but then the next day there was a charge for $1.50 I had declined it but my bank still let it go through. And then not too many days later they were returned to charge me $15 for a monthly subscription that I never signed up for. I don’t know how they got my credit card information I’m thinking because it was saved in that grocery store app that I was using they somehow we’re able to get it from there.
