Had a decent 1 night stay at the beginning of a long vacation only to find out 2 weeks later that an extra $250 was charged to our bill without merit. Contacted’Katie’ at the front desk and she claimed the charge was due to smoking in the room. Absolutely NOBODY smoked in the room during our stay! This was a bogus charge! We felt targeted by Katie applying the charge.
