We purchased stair nose from their website for a home project. During the initial 20 day window for processing the purchase, I emailed regarding approximate time. A general email was returned. Approximately 40 days later and multiple calls and emails that were not returned I field a grievance with my bank and the money was returned through my bank. Also, during this time the card I used had a fraudulent charge that could have possibly been associated with this purchase.
