I ordered a monster truck R/C from a site called "super-dream.store". I got a confirmation email that said I would receive shipping info soon. After a week or so went by I tried contacting the seller. After a couple days of no reply I did some digging. They have an email on their "site", a different one on the confirmation email, and another different one listed with paypal on my payment confirmation which was paid to a company called ZG Technologies, Ltd. I saw the name that is listed with paypal and looked them up that way and it is a COMPLETELY different company. The name of the company my payment is said to go to is a fiber-optic company. So, I emailed all 3 different emails and got no reply. Randomly after those emails, they sent me a "shipping confirmation". The tracking number provided is a fake ("no record found" for over a week now). I emailed each of those 3 accounts 2 more times over the course of probably 2 weeks still with no reply. The ONLY phone number I could find is long distance and it is a fake. A few days ago I even tried opening a dispute with paypal and attempted 2x there to contact the "seller" with no answer. I'm so frustrated. This is obviously a fake company stealing people's hard earned money. This was supposed to be a surprise gift for my boy on his birthday. In addition, on their site I found that they slyly spell their name in a few contact areas differently than the site url. Instead of "super-dream.store" it is "surper-dream.store" (notice the R in super). This company needs to be investigated and action taken before more people are scammed. Thank you for your time looking into this. If you need, I have screen shots of every email I sent and the "tracking number info"
