we were shopping 12/10/2019 on zulily for christmas and an ad popped up for super keto burn and it said one free bottle just pay$ 6.95 shipping. we clicked on the ad and decided to try it out..I went to the checkout and put card information in .clicked enter then on the screen it said my card was declined so i clicked it again and it was declined again. I checked my bank account online and it had two pending charges. one for $64.95 and one for $69.95. I went back to the super keto burn website and got the phone number and called them. A man answered the phone and said there are no returns. I called my bank which was green dot to stop the charge but the bank let it go through. they said to wait for it to post.then i spoke to them and i put in a dispute with them.then on the 19th I called the bank and they said the money would be refunded on the card on the 24th. On the 27th i called them and they said that the investigation was over. they said that my money couldn't be refunded because they used my security pin. so they would not put my money back into my account they would not stand beside me because i used my pin when i got scammed

On 12/10/19 I was on Zullily doing some online shopping when an ad came up on the screen advertising a free trial bottle of Super Keto Burn, paying only for the $6.95 shipping and handling fee. Upon coming across the ad I was interested in the offer and therefore clicked the link and proceeded to place the order. I followed all of the necessary steps to properly place the order and when checking out I added my card information and placed the order being denied not once but twice when making the attempt. Though the transaction was denied I decided I better check my account to make sure that I wasn't indeed charged after both attempts and to my surprise I was not only charged twice though being told it was denied, I had one charge of $64.95 and one for $69.95 both from the Super Keto Burn website. Upon seeing the charges not once on there twice but substantially larger amounts than the advertised $6.95. The customer service representative that I was connected with stated that there were no returns. From there I called my bank (Green Dot) and asked that they stop the transactions immediately and not allow for the money to be taken out before they were no longer "pending" transactions but actually taken from my account. The bank did not however cancel the transaction and my account was charged an amount of $134.90. Once I was aware of the $134.90 being taken out I immediately called my bank yet again to file a dispute with them over the issue. I was told it would be taken care of and when it wasn't in fact taken care of on 12/19/19 I called the bank once again and by the end of the call was informed that the full amount of $134.90 would be refunded back into my account by 12/24/19. By 12/27/19 the money still had yet to be refunded resulting in me calling the bank yet again and was then informed that the investigation was closed and that my security pin was used during the scam and therefore the bank would not stand by me in the dispute. Then finally on 01/03/19 a package containing the 2 bottles of Super Keto Burn supplements though I was charged $134.90 instead of the advertised $13.90 total after being charged for not only the one free bottle I was attempting to order but 2 even after making several attempts from the time I placed the order on trying to have the transactions cancelled due to the false advertisement and incorrect charges made "pending" to be taken from my account directly after attempting to place the order then reattempt placing the order both in which claimed to be denied in the first place. After receiving the unwanted product I called the Super Keto company back and was given a number to put on the bottles that gave them the information necessary to help them identify where it came from and from there I sent the product back to the company. A few days later I called the company to ask what the status on the shipment was and the company claimed that they had yet to receive the package and continued to say the same each time I called to follow up on the status afterwards. I then went to the post office and got the tracking number for the package and submitted it to the company as requested and they proceeded to tell me that it has expired and that they could no longer do anything about it even though I had yet to even receive the package for the first 2 weeks of the 30 day period that they are counting. I feel strongly as if I have been scammed and had $134.90 stolen from me and none of the involved parties have/will do anything in order to have it made right as they rightfully should and I feel as though I have more than exhausted all of my options as far as this issue goes and that the involved parties not only did not rightfully hold up their end of the false advertisement but also that they have gotten away with scamming my account beyond reason!
