My 74 y/o mother was targeted by this company for an extended warranty and scammed out of $169 for a warranty that she did not need. She received a letter in the mail and called the company thinking her warranty had been cancelled. They took advantage of her age, confusion, and pressured her into worry over her already warrantied vehicle. When we realized she had been scammed, we spent 20 minutes on the phone with the company and they refused to cancel and we had to get the credit card company involved to cancel the contract charges. This company is a predator of the elderly in my opinion.
