I ordered nothing all.
But today we saw an €84.50 Bill to our credit card. Supershopper. We didn’t pay it yet, it caught our attention. No idea who these people are.
Later we took a better look at the last three months.
We accidentally payed them 84.50 last month, and 54.50 the month before that and 1.50 before that!
What a scam!
Credit card purchases are insured up to 90 days, so i hope they can help us. If not, we have legal insurance but, not sure it’s worth their trouble

I ordered and recieved small polishing machine but did not receive power supply. I have contacted them got no response... it's been several months, I assume I am out of luck.

Purchased a set of waterfall lights in order to decorate for Christmas. They sent out a simple stringer of a much lesser quality, that arrived 8 weeks later. We told them they had shipped wrong product, and per their request supplied internet pictures of product ordered and pictures of what we received along with the bar code numbers, etc.

They concluded that they had shipped what we ordered and payed almost $50 for and we could see the $7.00 item on the website that they had actually shipped. They said they would refund if we returned product. I sent it DHL on my account so i could track it. It sat in customs for 3 weeks, while DHL tried to contact them, and they refused to respond, until it was finally returned. NO REFUND EVER GIVEN..

These people are fundamentally dishonest.

Placed a $120.00 order in October for Christmas gifts which I never received and have only gotten the run around ever since. Here it is the end of January!

Never received product. They responded my first few requests. They would say it was lost in shipping and would reship. Now no response and no product. Beware!

Super Shopper uses the "bait and switch"

Super Shopper uses the "bait and switch" scam method. Sells you a product of your choice from their website for example $72.94 then ships you a far inferior product worth for example $9. When confronted, the offer to refund your money, on return, for the lesser amount. Their full refund policy is worthless as are they. Stay away from them...bad news! Captain Andrew T. Hammond

Super Duper Shoppers website came up on my Pinterest feed. I assumed that because it came up on a commonly accessed website, it was legit. I was wrong. The site advertises amazing deals on lots of products and I saw no harm in purchasing a kinggo deep tissue massage gun as a gift for my spouse. The site states that order are shipped 48-72 hours after the order is received and items typically arrive in 7-10 business days. I even got texts to confirm my order and another text to confirm tracking information for my package. Eight days after my order, my tracking information had not changed. The package had no tracking information at all. When i emailed the address on the site, I got a generic response stating that labels were generated even when an item had not been shipped yet. I asked when my item would be shipped and never got a response. I ended up having to dispute the charges with my bank because the item was never received.
