I have called and emailed this company for over a year for a refund of my money. They keep making up reasons not to refund my money. First it was they gave me a refund already, that was a lie. Then I stated I didn’t receive a refund, the lady said that I see where you made a claim but the representative didn’t put in the claim. So now the new reason they won’t give me a refund again is it’s been a 180 days so we can offer you store credit. I did the claim representative didn’t do his or her job so basically it’s like take it or leave it. I want my money back. This bull and I want my money back.
