I signed up for the Super Run San Jose for February 15, 2020. It was about 5 dozen of us who arrived at the race and The Super Run Foundation people were not there. They did not show up. They had not given ANYONE warning. According to Orange Theory, Inc, who showed us since they are a sponsor, the foundation did not pay for the park insurance and cancelled it at the last minute.

We were all standing there, incredulous at their unprofessionalism. I paid for a standard registration of $30 for myself and my husband. We have yet to hear from these people.
